Our Office Manager helps oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice and works closely with our surgeons and staff to ensure the office runs efficiently and smoothly. From patient scheduling and office coordination to financial arrangements and operational support, they help create a seamless experience for both patients and referring offices. They are also available to assist with questions or concerns regarding any aspect of your visit with our practice.
Our Patient Care Coordinators are often the first members of our team you will interact with. They assist patients with scheduling appointments, completing registration paperwork, coordinating referrals, and answering questions regarding treatment and insurance. Their goal is to make every patient feel welcomed, informed, and cared for from the very first phone call.
Because oral surgery treatment can sometimes feel overwhelming, our coordinators work hard to ensure patients and families feel comfortable and supported throughout the entire process.
At Oral Surgeons, PC, we are proud to have a team made up exclusively of Registered Nurses in our clinical department. Our RNs are highly trained professionals who work closely alongside our surgeons to provide exceptional patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
Their responsibilities include assisting with surgical procedures, monitoring patients during anesthesia and sedation, reviewing medical histories, educating patients on treatment and recovery, and ensuring every patient feels safe and comfortable throughout their visit. Our nursing team combines clinical expertise with compassion to help create a positive and reassuring experience for every patient.
Our Insurance and Billing Specialists are dedicated to helping patients navigate both dental and medical insurance benefits related to oral surgery treatment. They assist with verifying coverage,
filing insurance claims, coordinating benefits, and answering questions regarding billing and financing options.
Their goal is to help simplify the financial process so patients can focus on their care and recovery.
The Clinical Coordinator supports the daily flow of the practice by helping coordinate communication between the front office and clinical team. Their role is to ensure schedules, patient care, and office operations remain organized and efficient while maintaining the highest standards of patient service.
Our Human Resources department supports the growth and development of our team by overseeing employee training, recruitment, workplace culture, and staff support. They help ensure that our practice remains a positive, professional, and patient-focused environment for both employees and visitors.
Our Marketing and Referral Relations team works to strengthen relationships with our referring doctors and community partners. They coordinate continuing education events, community outreach initiatives, practice communications, and referral support while helping share the mission and values of Oral Surgeons, PC.
